What is your return policy?

  • If you are unsatisfied with your purchase for any reason you may return it within 21 days.

 

  • A flat rate return shipping fee of $3.95 will be deducted from your total refund amount. 

 

  • Original shipping fee is Non-Refundable

  • Due to hygienic reasons we can’t accept returns of items that were worn, tried on, or the tags/original packaging were removed.

  • Item’s that are not in condition to be resold are not eligible for a return.

 

  • We must receive it back with in 21 days for you to be eligible for a refund, otherwise you will receive store credit.

 

What if my item arrived defected?


Contact our support team at hello@ataraandco.com and we’ll replace it.

 

Only some of my items arrived?

Hang in there, your items were likely shipped separately.

If it still doesn’t arrive after 30 days please reach out to us at hello@ataraandco.com.

 

What are your processing & shipping times?

USA: Most items ship out within 2-4 business days and take a additional 5-10 days to arrive. 

Please note: It can take a few days for tracking to update.

 

What if my item hasn’t arrived?

If your item hasn’t arrived after 30 days contact our support team at hello@ataraandco.com and we’ll replace it or refund you.

Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the USA.

 (Including Hawaii & Alaska)

 

Can I cancel my order?

Once a order is placed we can no longer cancel it.
