What is your return policy?

  • If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 21 days from when you ordered it to receive a full refund.  ** all sale items, swim & underwear are final sale!
  • A flat rate return shipping fee of $5.00 will be deducted from your total refund amount. 
  • Original shipping fee is Non-Refundable

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. If your item does not meet these conditions you will be subject to a 10% restocking fee & shop credit.
  • We must receive it back within 10 days from when you requested a return for you to be eligible for a refund, otherwise you will receive store credit.

 

What if my item arrived defected?

Contact our support team at hello@ataraandco.com and we’ll replace it.

 

Only some of my items arrived?

Hang in there, your items were likely shipped separately.

If it still doesn’t arrive after 30 days please reach out to us at hello@ataraandco.com.

 

What are your processing & shipping times?

USA: Most items ship out within 1-4 business days and take an additional 3-10 days to arrive. 

Please note: It can take a few days for tracking to update.

 

What if my item hasn’t arrived?

If your item hasn’t arrived after 30 days contact our support team at hello@ataraandco.com and we’ll replace it or refund you.

** We hold no responsibility for items marked as delivered but not received.


Where do you ship to?

We currently only ship to the USA.

Can I cancel my order?

Once a order is placed we can no longer cancel it.
